DenzaPlay Cookie and Local Storage Policy

This page explains which cookies and which browser or device storage DenzaPlay's websites, apps and games use, why, and how you can clear them. It is based on our actual code and on checks of our live websites.

In short

  • Our code sets no cookies on denzaplay.dev, games.denzaplay.dev or life.denzaplay.dev. When we checked our live sites on 28 October 2026, none of them sent a cookie.
  • We use no ads, no tracking, and no third-party advertising or social media cookies. The only analytics is Cloudflare's basic Web Analytics on our websites, which Cloudflare says is cookieless (see section 3).
  • We do use local storage on your device: to save your settings, your app entries and game progress, and so the apps can work offline. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us, except for the optional sync and chat features described below.
  • Cloudflare, which runs our websites, may set its own security cookies if it needs to check for bots. Google may set its own cookies in its sign-in window if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Because we use only storage that is needed for DenzaPlay to work, there is no cookie banner. You can clear everything at any time (see section 9).

2. What cookies and local storage are

  • Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser, which are sent back to that website with each visit.
  • Local storage (localStorage) keeps small settings in your browser until you clear them. It is not sent to any server automatically.
  • Session storage (sessionStorage) works the same way, but is cleared when you close the tab.
  • IndexedDB is a database in your browser or app where larger data, such as your entries, can be stored on your device.
  • Cache storage and service workers let a web app save its own files (code, icons, fonts) so it can open quickly and work offline.

3. Cookies

Set by us: none. Our code doesn't set any cookies on our websites or in our apps, and our servers don't send any. We checked the live responses of denzaplay.dev, games.denzaplay.dev and life.denzaplay.dev on 28 October 2026: none sent a Set-Cookie header.

Set by others, only in specific situations:

We don't use cookies for ads, profiling or tracking you across websites.

Visit measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare, which runs our websites, has switched on its basic Web Analytics for them. When you open a page in a browser, a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com loads and sends Cloudflare the page address and page-load timings. Cloudflare says this tool does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across websites. We do not add any other analytics. It applies to denzaplay.dev, games.denzaplay.dev and life.denzaplay.dev in a browser. It is not an analytics SDK inside our apps.

None of these are sent to us, except that when you send a chat message, the last 8 messages of the conversation, the page you're on and your language are sent to our server to get a reply (see section 17 of the DenzaPlay Life Privacy Policy).

5. The games site games.denzaplay.dev

DenzaPlay Club (at games.denzaplay.dev), and DenzaPlay Koleksi and the DenzaPlay Arcade games (at games.denzaplay.dev/mini/) run in your browser. They use no service worker and no cookies. The only third-party script is Cloudflare's Web Analytics script (see section 3).

If you clear this data, DenzaPlay Club in this browser loses the access code to your guest profile. The profile itself stays on our servers until you ask us to delete it (see https://denzaplay.dev/delete-account).

6. The DenzaPlay Life web apps (life.denzaplay.dev)

All of this is stored only in your browser. Only the items marked "Sync" are involved in the optional cloud sync, and only if you sign in.

Files loaded from other providers. When you use sign-in or sync, the app loads the Firebase library from Google (www.gstatic.com). When you first use OCR in web Fotokopi, it downloads the OCR library and language files from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). These providers receive a normal download request, including your IP address, but not your entries. When we checked on 28 October 2026, these downloads didn't set cookies.

7. The Android apps and games

  • DenzaPlay Life Android apps run inside the app using Android's WebView. The same items as in section 6 are stored inside the app's own private storage on your phone, which other apps can't read. Android's automatic backup to Google Drive is turned off for these apps.
  • DenzaPlay games on Android store progress and settings (and, for DenzaPlay Club, the guest profile access code) in the app's private storage on your phone.
  • No DenzaPlay app or game includes an ads SDK, an analytics SDK, crash reporting or the advertising ID.
  • To clear everything, go to Android Settings > Apps > (the app's name) > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the app. This doesn't delete data already synced to the cloud. To delete that, see https://denzaplay.dev/delete-account.

8. Short-lived data on servers

These aren't stored in your browser, but we list them here so the picture is complete:

  • Chat rate-limit counter (denzaplay.dev). When you use the Cemong chat, your IP address is used as a counter to limit how many messages can be sent per minute and per hour. It is kept in Cloudflare's cache for up to 1 hour, then discarded.
  • Visit-measurement data. The Cloudflare Web Analytics script sends page-load timings and the page address to /cdn-cgi/rum on our own domain, which Cloudflare handles. How long Cloudflare keeps it follows Cloudflare's own rules.
  • Hosting logs. Our sites are served by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare handles technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the requested page. For the DenzaPlay Club game server, request logs (IP address, approximate location, device or browser type and the requested address) are kept for up to 7 days. For our other sites, any logs are kept according to Cloudflare's own retention.
  • Network-error reports. Our sites ask browsers to send Cloudflare an automatic report only if a page fails to load (NEL / Report-To). Successful visits are not reported.

9. How to clear or block storage

  • In a browser: open your browser's settings for the site (for example, the lock icon next to the address, then Site settings or Cookies and site data), and choose Clear data. This removes all cookies, local storage, IndexedDB and cache for that site. Private or incognito windows clear everything when you close them.
  • Blocking: you can block cookies or site data in your browser settings. Our sites don't need cookies. If you block local storage, the apps and games may not be able to save your entries, progress or settings.
  • Android: see section 7.
  • Before you clear: clearing data in a DenzaPlay Life app removes your entries on that device for good. If you want a copy, export it first, or sign in and sync.

10. Changes to this policy

If we start using new cookies or storage, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. If we ever want to use cookies that aren't needed for DenzaPlay to work, we'll ask for your consent first.
