DenzaPlay Terms of Service

In short

• DenzaPlay is free. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
• DenzaPlay Life apps work without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and is only for syncing text data to the cloud.
• Your content is yours. It stays on your device unless you sign in and sync.
• Health-related apps, such as Tamu Bulanan and Jam Puasa, give general information only, not medical advice.
• Game chips and points are free, for fun only, and have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out. There is no real-money gambling or betting.
• DenzaPlay is intended for users aged 13 and up. DenzaPlay Club (online card, board and slot games) is only for users aged 18 and over.
• These terms follow Indonesian law.

1. Who we are

DenzaPlay is run by PT Denzaplay Indonesia, Indonesia ("we", "us").

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to:

• the websites denzaplay.dev and games.denzaplay.dev, including the Cemong chat assistant;
• the DenzaPlay Life apps on Android and on the web (https://life.denzaplay.dev/), such as Jam Puasa, Rajin, Kendi, Curhat, Otot Kawat, Tamu Bulanan, Hafalan, Fotokopi, Beres, Celengan and Bobo;
• the DenzaPlay games: the DenzaPlay Koleksi app, the DenzaPlay Arcade games (Ojol Rush, Komodo Dash, Garuda Flappy, Tebak Kata Daerah, Abang Bakso Rush and Martabak Stack) and DenzaPlay Club (online card, board and slot games with free chips), on Android and in the browser.

Together we call these "DenzaPlay". If a specific app or game shows extra rules, those rules also apply to it.

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policies, which are part of these terms:

3. Age

• DenzaPlay is intended for users aged 13 and up. If you are under 13, please don't use DenzaPlay.
• If you are 13 to 17, you need a parent's or guardian's consent before signing in with Google and syncing data in DenzaPlay Life apps.
• DenzaPlay Club (online card, board and slot games) is only for users aged 18 and over, as stated in the DenzaPlay Games Privacy Policy. If we learn that a guest profile belongs to a minor, we may delete it.

4. DenzaPlay Life apps

• Free and ad-free. The apps are free to use, show no ads and have no in-app purchases.
• No account needed. Every app works fully without signing in. Your entries are stored on your device or in your browser.
• Optional Google sign-in. If you sign in, a copy of your app's text data can be synced to the cloud so you can use it on other devices. Photos and scans stay on your device. You can sign out or delete your account at any time.
• Look after your own copy. Data on your device can be lost if you clear the app's data, uninstall the app or lose your device. We don't keep backups for you. Use the export feature or sync if you want a copy.
• Reminders and alarms are created on your device. They depend on your device's settings, battery saving and notification permissions, so they may not always go off on time. Don't rely on them for anything critical.
• Fotokopi helps you scan your own documents. Only scan documents you have the right to copy. Text recognition can make mistakes, so check important text yourself.
• Celengan is a personal money log. It is not a bank, payment service or financial advice.

5. Health-related apps are not medical advice

Some apps, such as Tamu Bulanan (period calendar), Jam Puasa (fasting timer), Kendi (water reminder), Otot Kawat (gym log), Curhat (mood journal) and Bobo (sleep log), deal with health topics.

• They are personal logging tools that give general information only.
• They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or contraception. Period and fertility estimates are not a method of birth control.
• Always talk to a doctor or other health professional about your health, before starting a fast, diet or exercise plan, and before relying on any estimate from the app.
• If you are in an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services right away.

6. DenzaPlay games

• Free to play. The games are free, show no ads and have no in-app purchases.
• Chips and points are not money. Chips, points, scores, levels, rewards and cosmetic items are given for free and are for entertainment only. They have no cash value, inside or outside the game, and can't be bought, sold, transferred to other players, exchanged for prizes or cashed out.
• No real-money gambling or betting. DenzaPlay does not offer gambling or betting for real money or anything of value. Don't use DenzaPlay to arrange bets or payments outside the game.
• We may change the game. We may reset, adjust or remove chip balances, rewards, leaderboards or game features, for example to fix bugs, balance the game or stop cheating. Because chips have no value, this gives no right to compensation.
• Online play (DenzaPlay Club). Your player name, avatar, level and moves can be seen by other players. Play fair and be respectful.

7. Acceptable use

When you use DenzaPlay, please don't:

• break any law, or help someone else break one;
• cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' games;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or harm other people;
• use a player name or upload an avatar that is offensive, sexual, violent, hateful, misleading, or that shows someone else's personal information or photo without their permission;
• try to get into accounts, servers or data that aren't yours, or test, scan or break our security;
• overload or disrupt our services, for example by sending automated requests to the Cemong chat;
• copy, resell or redistribute DenzaPlay, or use it to build a competing service, except as the law allows;
• use DenzaPlay for real-money gambling, betting, fraud or spam.

8. Your content

• It's yours. What you enter in the apps (notes, entries, scans and so on) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it.
• What you let us do with it. If you sign in and sync, you let us store and transmit your synced data only to provide the sync and deletion features to you. If you upload an avatar or choose a player name in DenzaPlay Club, you let us store it and show it to other players while your profile exists.
• You're responsible for it. Make sure you have the right to use what you enter or upload, and that it follows section 7.
• We may remove public content (such as player names or avatars) that breaks these terms.
• Cemong chat. Replies are written automatically by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for important decisions, and don't type personal or sensitive information into the chat.

9. Our intellectual property

DenzaPlay's apps, games, websites, names, logos, characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to PT Denzaplay Indonesia or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DenzaPlay for your own, non-commercial use, under these terms. This doesn't give you any other right to our brand or content.

Some parts of DenzaPlay use open-source software or third-party services, which have their own licences and terms.

10. Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies, for example Google (Sign in with Google, Firebase), Cloudflare (hosting, Workers AI) and Google Play. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they provide their services. We are not responsible for services we don't control.

11. Availability and changes to DenzaPlay

We work to keep DenzaPlay running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may update, change, pause or stop any app, game, feature or website at any time. Where reasonable, we'll give notice before stopping a feature that stores your data, so you can export or delete it.

12. Disclaimer

DenzaPlay is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't give promises or guarantees beyond those in these terms, for example that DenzaPlay will meet every need, that results, estimates or AI replies are accurate, or that data will never be lost.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection or other laws that can't be excluded by agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data, profit or opportunity, from using or being unable to use DenzaPlay;
• we are not liable for losses caused by your device, your internet connection, third-party services, or your own use that goes against these terms;
• because DenzaPlay is free, our total liability to you for any claim related to DenzaPlay is limited to the amount required by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability for our own intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or any liability that can't be limited under Indonesian law.

14. Ending your use, and deleting your account

• You can stop at any time. Just stop using DenzaPlay, uninstall the apps or games, or clear your browser's site data.
• Delete your DenzaPlay Life account and cloud data with "Hapus akun & data cloud" in any Life app, or by email. Instructions: https://denzaplay.dev/delete-account (Indonesian: https://denzaplay.dev/hapus-akun).
• Delete a DenzaPlay Club guest profile by email, as explained on the same page.
• We may suspend or end your access to online features (such as sync or online play), or remove a guest profile, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users or our services. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.
• Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 8, 9, 12, 13 and 15) still apply after your use ends.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If you have a problem or a complaint, please email [email protected] first. We'll try to resolve it with you in good faith through discussion (musyawarah). If that doesn't work, either side may take the dispute to the competent dispute resolution forum under Indonesian law. This does not limit your right to complain to a consumer protection or personal data protection authority.

16. Language

These terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

17. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll give notice in a reasonable way, for example on the website or in the app. If you keep using DenzaPlay after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, please stop using DenzaPlay and, if you like, delete your account.
